Completion of this membership application indicates the club's or individual's agreement to abide by the bylaws of the California Federation of Dog Clubs.

To assist with the cost of operating CFoDC, all board members are non-salaried volunteers.
Dues cover January 1 to December 31.
Dues received after September 1 will be applied to the next year.
