VP Judythe Coffman manned an educational booth at the Kern Co. RDO day on 9/15/07. The event is chaired each year by CFODC director Janice Anderson. It is a well-attended event with participants including Kern Co. AC, Kern Co. SPCA, Bakersfield SPCA, Kern Co. KC, Bakersfield Obed. Training Club, rescues, 4-H, the organization that trains for animal related careers at the college level. Costume contest is always a crowd pleaser.

VP Judythe Coffman and Director Janice Anderson manned an educational booth at the Bakersfield College Garden Fest, an all day showcase for community gardening, pets, farming, arts and crafts on 4/19/08.
